ZAZANot being allowed to braai at our apartment balcony. The communal braai area was not good and not a pleasant area to be at.When its windy it very difficult to be there and braai. The complimentary tea,coffee,milk and sugar we all expired!!! Nov 2025! The staff that packed it there should have checked it up.

Our holiday vacation experience fell short in several key areas. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property did not meet expectations upon arrival. Additionally, the booking made via the Booking.com app did not provide any information about breakage fees. The property also listed Wi-Fi as available, but we were unable to connect, and despite reaching out for help, the issue was never resolved. Furthermore, the communication from the host was lacking throughout our stay. There was no follow-up to confirm our key pickup or to check in on how things were going. When we brought up the Wi-Fi problem, no solution was offered. The property also provided a detailed fee list for breakage and cleanliness, which was unexpected given the lack of communication and the issues we encountered. We hope that the hosts adhere to their own guidelines moving forward. Overall, we feel there was a lack of support and attention during our stay, and it was disappointing considering the potential of the property.

Everything was perfect.
ZAZAZAEverything was perfect. The apartment was cozy n clean. The view was amazing 👏 especially while relaxing on the bed, You can still c the amazing ocean waves which is jus pure relaxation. We loved the place.
The only things I didn't like was that there were no shelves or dresser in the main room to keep cosmetics etc. The stools that were next to bed weren't very good either as everything was sliding to the middle. Also lots of dirt n dust under the big carpet in lounge. Not acceptable. I believe the carpet is shedding the fibres. Needs to b replaced. 1 mattress which was covered in plastic in kids room wasn't comfy. Son woke up with back pain.
