Very comfortable and lots of amenities

Creaky floors and toilet played up a lot. Lots of stairs which was hard for my partner with sight issues. Need more pillows and thicker ones.

The only downside is it is on a busy street and could hear street traffic in the front bedroom

Walking distance to Wrigley Field.

The backyard was unkempt. The back stairs were scary! Zero attention given to the stairs leading down to the backyard.
