The location was ok.

Small dark room. Unfortunately, the walls need painting. You can hear every noise in the room from outside. On the first day of our stay, there was renovation work upstairs. On the second day, the employee mowed the grass and our car was covered in dirty grass. After my intervention, the owner said he would pay for the car wash. No sorrry, no nothing only “bring me the bill”.There is black mold in the corner of the bathroom

"Cheap & fair accomodation that satisfies all demands for short stays"

The room is pretty large, the bathroom seems to be newly renovated. Dogs are allowed and do not cost extra. There is a parking spot infront of the accomodation. As we were arriving in the evening and leaving next morning very early we were having all conversation with the holder via chat and entry was via code-system - which worked very well.

The room seems to be pretty old and it was rather hot in summer without AC. The bathroom was nicely renovated but however there was no shower curtain or anything like that.
