Great location in El Mèdano, close to the coast. Parking was good in the garage. The apartment was nice, clean and quiet, enjoyed our stay very much

"We all wish we could stay longer"

Comfy beds, very comfortable condo for a family. A large pool is basicly on a doorstep . A nearby beach (200m) is superb. If you like watersports you will enjoy surfing here.

There is really nothing not to like, of course you can always pay a lot more money to get a beachfront anywhere else, but this apartment gives a lot for this price tag.

"Peaceful modern apartment"

Our family: 2 adults & 11 y, 12 y, 15 y kids. Beautiful, modern apartment, peaceful neighborhood, short distance to store/beach, pharmacy, restaurant. The owner Jorge and his family own several apartments in the building, there is also a spacious pool in the yard. Jorge was very friendly and helpful when he showed us the apartment. Staying here felt like a safe heaven after the outdated, noisy hotel in Puerto de la Cruz. Everything was clean, dishware was modern, like appliances too..! Apartment had a washing machine so we were able to wash our clothes. The spacious terrace had good chairs and a big table and we spent many evenings and mornings sitting there, chatting and eating. Beds were comfortable, bathroom too, and bedrooms fitted us well. Thank you Jorge & family for making our holiday feel like one! With pleasure our family recommends this place!

Jorge is a wonderful host. The apartment is excellent and everything was clean, nice, tidy and according to the description and the photos. We had way more than we expected and we greatly enjoyed the swimming pool. having our own parking spot was great, as parking a car in el Médano is hell.

Great location with a super pool and underground secure parking. Really good fast and reliable WiFi ( almost 500 Mbps ), plus Netflix. The welcoming bottle of wine and chocolates was a nice touch.
