Extremely cool apartment in a great location

When you enter the house at night for the first time it is a little scary until you are in the apartment. The instructions could have been clearer.

Great location, room was good and spacious. Newly refurbished with spa sauna that looked and worked great. No reception, just phone/text.

Smell of drains was a little strange and unpleasant. Still needs a few minor finishing touches. Asked about the breakfast but didn't get a response, though wasn't too bothered as very well located.

We liked the bathtub with a whirlpool function. There was also a private sauna, but we didn't use it. The air conditioning was working well and efficent. the bathtub with whirlpool function. The prosecco bottle for free. Location close to the main street (via roma), so the navigation around the city is easy. A little fridge was good

There is no wardrobe!!! You have 5 cloth hangers, that's it!! No soundproof windows, the door to the balcony is broken and offers no protection from the street noise. At the time we were there, it was very noisy because of the street construction. There is just an old loose door between the balcony outside the street and the apartment. We didn't use the balcony, as it's too small and unfortunately dirty because of construction. The check-in was not at 14:00 they provided the details, instructions and codes at 14:00. Luckily, we had an italian colleague who helped us out. The cleaning lady needed 25 minutes longer, so we checked in 14:25, waiting outside by the door by 32°C. There is only liquid soap for the shower and the toilet. Please bring your own shampoo, ect, with you. There is no big electricity socket only for small electric devices. The apartment is one of 3 apartments in 1 big apartment, so you are sharing 1 entry room for everyone. There is an express coffee maker. The house has no air conditioning. There is no elevator, so you need to lift yourself the baggage. The breakfast will be NOT provided in the apartment. You need to go to a different bistro (bar ariston) they provide you 1 croissant or aranccina and 1 coffee/cappuccino/juice thats it. There is not a lot of kitchen or housing equipment, just 2 glasses and 2 mugs.

Breakfast was very basic luckily it was next to McDonalds so topped up next door. Location was in the not so good part of town and the street was noisy throughout the night. Overall fantastic facilities and great value for money.

A better breakfast, was still hungry after a very basic breakfast so went to McDonalds next door

Absolutely loved the accommodation the lighting in the spa was the best I've ever seen as well as the size of the spa
