Huda è molto disponibile e gentile, la spa interna è davvero bella (anche quella esterna ma di inverno nonostante sia riscaldata ovviamente un pelino di freddo lo si sente). Molto carina la possibilità di utilizzare il biliardo e la palestra! In camera si stava bene nonostante la temperatura rigida esterna grazie alla stufa a pellet.

The location, the jacuzzi with a great view of mountains, the apartment was clean and spacious

The communication could be definitively better: keys provided with lock box while the hosts are available in the same place (much better to have a nice introduction face to face), no information how to use the jacuzzi, when or where to go, the same for sauna and all other amazing available facilities. Furthermore, the heating is with pellets but no information how to use the stove. Finally, no information about Internet and password if not requested. The hosts did not ever ask us how was our stay when leaving the apartment, like they were not really interested to know their client feedback. I believe that an improvement in the communication from the hosts would make this place a dream for all lovers of winter landscaping.
