First of all the house has a wonderful location, fantastic views and it is super quiet! For sure a 10! Unfortunately there were some annoying issues regarding the inside of Casa Pino, which changed the general rating for me. See the negative section. Generally, apart from what is mentioned below, I enjoyed my stay there!

Lisa, the contact at Casa Pino, sent me a message that she unfortunately could not be there when I arrived, but arranged a place to find the keys. The shutters in the kitchen were broken and could not get up, so it was a dark kitchen for 3 days until it was repaired. The beds were equipped with 10 cm. oversoft mattress topper, and was impossible for me to use. I simply removed it, and it was there after acceptable. The sliding doors to the terrace downstairs could not be locked, and I was told it would be fixed - but not during my stay. Honestly, I found the comunication by WhatsApp with Lisa, the representative, to be quite slow to my liking, but she was very competent when replying. Generally the house needs a renovation or at least an upgrading to fix things. Beforehand I had read negative reviews about the beds and the sliding doors and believed they must have already been fixed when I came. Unfortunately they were not. See the positive section, because if you're looking for a beautiful quiet location, Casa Pino is a gem!

Stayed on Las ramblas before, so I knew the area well. Our flight was delayed, so the host was superb and met us after the scheduled check-in time. View great and apartment has everything you need for a great stay.

Beds are a little too soft for my liking. We both got bitten inside the apartment, not sure if it was the beds or the living room area. The apartment probably needs to be sprayed. Some of the shutters and sliding doors didn't work along with the air con not working properly in one of the rooms, and it was leaking onto the balcony. The key wouldn't go into the lock, so I oiled them, and then it worked fine. The apartment just needs a bit of an upgrade in areas in my opinion.
