Spacious

No hot water, difficult to open the front door, air Conditioner leaking, no kitchen towel or paper towels, difficult to get help when needed. Only one key.

The location is really good, its walkable to the city center and GranVia.

It was really hard to enter the building because the digital key didnt worked properly and there was no key in locker box. and we cant reach the property owner on the whatsapp and over the phone. And there is no hot water so it was very difficult to take bath.

Location is good, accessible. Complete appliances.

As you enter the door strong smell of cigertte smoke welcomes the visitors. There is no proper ventilation in the rooms. The window in one bedroom is broken, its imposible to close. The window glass in the kitchen are broken As wellAnd most of all, there was no hot water in the month of January!!

"This was an absolutely fabulous apartment! Spacious with 3 bedrooms, modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and plenty of hot water, it comfortably fit our group of four. The location was perfect – close to the city center and just a 4-minute walk to the metro. It was also very secure. This is my sixth trip to Madrid, and this apartment ranks among the best I've stayed in. Highly recommend!"

The only thing I did not like about this lovely apartment....was that I did not have enough time to enjoy it more... sadly I had to go back to France:)
