The van was a lovely set up in a nice location

It’s was very neglected kitchen and lounge cupboard falling apart. There was a awful smell in there also and kitchen cupboards were sticky carpets stained cup marks on window sill sofas cushions were stained and the duvets and pillows had stains on actually couldn’t use them such a shame I don’t expect perfect as it’s dog friendly but basic cleanliness is expected. I do have photos but am not going to share them

Visited for a fishing trip, so only minimal stay in the van. However the van was modern and clean. Would recommend

Filthy. Paid £40 for bedding to be provided but was covered in hair had to clean poo off one of bathroom sinks terrible smell in caravan

The location was perfect nice and quiet van was spacious and being by the lake hearing the fountain was a bonus

Bed to hard electrics kept tripping and bit run down for the price we paid could do with catches on gates on verandah replacing and kitchen cupboard under sink is in replacement of new cover on door as its coming away other then that the van is nice

Location was set right back of the caravan park which suited us. Meant surroundings were very quiet and the view was beautiful.

We soon noticed a few damages to the caravan which we took photos of straight away as we don’t want to be blamed for any of them and lose our deposit. Other than that it was perfect 👌🏼

Quiet part of the park

A couple of hippcups , no hot water, no gas , toilet in bedroom kept refilling continuously. However the owner Andy was very helpful, he got site matiinence out to put new gas bottles on and fix a new battery to the boiler, he also got a plumber arranged to come and look at the toilet when we vacated the hoilday.. Found previous guest's clothing under beds, and I think maybe dogs are allowed in the caravan has it smelt of dog on the sofa. But overall we had a,nice time.

State of caravan for one but person in charge refused to pay the bond back even though we left it much clearer than when we arrived
