The location is close to the beach.

The apartment was not cleaned properly. The sheets and towels had various stains. There were crumbs on the table. The apartment had a bad smell. After talking to the host, we had to leave the apartment so he could change the sheets that had hair on them. We were out of the apartment until 3 p.m. so he could clean it. When I returned, I found that one of the sheets had only been turned over. It had not been changed. There is no breakfast. A few packets of rusks and liquid chocolate are left for breakfast. The apartment needs a good cleaning and repair. Even the shower in the bathroom is broken.

The apartment is very nicely renovated. The owner was super helpful and small details such as breakfast, water and juice in the fridge, bathroom articles really make you feel home.

Neighbours a bit noisy but not disturbing

Staff very good help and efficient when needed even in late hours. Liked the bathroom and the main bedroom

Did not like the kitchen definetly not user friendly , no utensils only just the ones needed to eat. However no kitchen equipment available such as a sieve and utensils to work with. Only 1 knob which cannot do when you have a family We experienced cockroaches in the apartment. We were told that it was handled however the problem was still there

The apartment itself is a regular vacation flat, but what is a great advantage is, that is it in a really calm street and it is like 3 minutes from the beach. We liked it. The kitchen was small sufficient for a week long stay. Owner was very nice, provided us with a bottle of wine and water, coffee and some pastry in the beginning of our stay. He made us a reservation in a wonderful restaurant. The beach was great. we really liked it. The city center was reachable by bus, the bus stop was located 100 meters from the apartment. All people we met were co nice.

Very nice apartment well suited to a family, with a double room with large king sized bed and a 2nd room with two bunks. There is also possibility for 1 Adult or 2 Children to sleep on a Couch Bed in the sitting room. The bathroom is well appointed and modern. The welcome bottle of wine and basket of bread etc was very nice! The beach location would be fantastic in warm weather. There is an excellent bus services into central Bari for €1.50 each way which takes about 20 minutes. The seafood in "Risto & Pizza La Soddisfazione" two streets from the apartment was fabulous and very reasonable priced. The apartment has a nice garden as it is on the Ground floor.

The owners require copies of the passports of all guests before they will send the key box code. It would be better to request the passports by email and give the code before travel; rather than over the phone on the door step late at night after a long day of travel. A full cooker and fridge (rather than a small fridge and microwave) in the kitchen would have been a plus for our family who like to cook some of our meals. An information Pack / Map giving information on local restaurants etc would have been helpful,. For example we did not know that all restaurants bar Pizza are closed on a Monday. The location is not so nice, when it is to cold to use the beach. Bedside lights in the Double bedroom would be great for people who like to read in bed.
