Cold aircon ,basic facility available

Too complicated first time finding the car park and to the room . We booked for 4 pax but was given only 3 towels. Last half hour before checkout there was water cut while having my bath😔. At least must have basic requirements like extra pillows, washing machine was provided buy no washing liquid as we had to purchase a bottle .

It’s clean

1. Only 1 blanket for the bed and no blanket for the mattress. 2. In booking.com, they mention sofa bed and at the property just have mattress. 3. When I request for extra blanket to the PIC, she told no extra blanket will provided, and she told “malaysia weather is not hot”. The words is so rude And my family and I end up buying a blanket 😤
