Breakfast not included in deal. Location very good.

A handrail on the staircases is recommended. The boiler in the bedroom made clicking noises which was distracting when trying to sleep

"Average but met our needs for a clean and tidy place to sleep close to facilities."

Clean, neat and tidy, had the necessary essentials , location was great.

Dog next door barked incessantly until owners retuned home, boiler in room gurgled away all night, bed was small and uncomfortable- felt the springs, shelf under mirror at such an angle unusable.
