The location is great! The room overall is also very nice and clean.

The only thing I didn't like is the room has no windows that you can open, the whole front side is made of glass but no windows, it has AC but if you want just fresh air you need to keep your door open.

It’s very convenient locations close to Malecon and the Bus Depot. The Unit was very clean and kitchen was decently equipped. Ended up buy some ice cube trays for the fridge freezer and left them for next guest. Unit is smaller than it looks in the picture, not in a bad way just smaller. Looks like there’s balcony in the pictures, but it’s actually just an outside walkway.

Being close to the Malecon, it can get a bit noisy at night especially from the motorcycles, not saying it in bad way, just be aware. Wish the unit had a small broom and dust pan. I stayed there 10nights and sand and stuff started to collect on floor. I ended borrowing one from staff. A slightly bigger fridge would be nice. I would 100% stay in the unit again because of the location.

Die Lage ist top. Mitten im Zentrum mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés etc. und sehr Nahe an der Promenade

Das Zimmer ist extrem klein, dass es Apartment genannt wird, ist fast eine Frechheit. Es hat gerade mal ein Bett Platz und sonst nichts. Und es gibt kein Housekeeping.

La ubicación es muy privilegiada, cerca del malecón y de muchos lugares de interés, prácticamente a todo llegas caminando.

Hay cierto truco en la publicación, desde qué se llama "apartments" piensas qué son eso departamentos , pero sorpresa es una habitación súper pequeña , da la impresión de qué es un local comercial en una plaza acondicionado cómo habitación, tengo entendido qué hay penthouse ahí mismo pero eso no lo dicen desde el principio, se filtra demasiado el ruido del exterior, la cama no es cómoda, le batallamos todo el tiempo con la tasa del baño qué se atoraba el flotador, la verdad qué en relación calidad precio se me hace un lugar caro para lo qué realmente ofrece , por ese precio si te encuentras un DEPARTAMENTO ó una habitación de hotel más cómoda, si pudiera regresar el tiempo y no reservar ahí lo haría con gusto.

Идеальное расположение, в самом центре, но при этом можно спать в тишине без шума с набережной, которая ночью активно тусуется. Хорошо, что была большая бутыль с водой на 4х человек. Джакузи на балконе добавил приятного времяпрепровождения. Очень понравилось.

Персоналу стоит тщательнее следить за уборкой. На мой взгляд, она была очень поверхностной: в душевой на стенах и на полу было много чёрных волос — их сложно было не заметить на светлой плитке. Чистота посуды тоже оставляла желать лучшего, я все перемыла, прежде чем использовать. И ребята, ну честно, вы можете себе позволить каждый раз новым постояльцам оставлять НОВУЮ НЕИСПОЛЬЗОВАННУЮ губку для мытья посуды. Это реально неприятно, когда находишь остатки еды или что там было. Я не знаю, что мыли этой губкой и мне брезгливо этим пользоваться. Очень печально, но такие мелочи омрачают общее впечатление, тк видно что вложились хорошо: оборудование в хорошем состоянии, посуда для приготовления не дешевая и тд. Останавливаюсь не в первый раз в этом комплексе и жила в разного типа апартаментах здесь же. От самого дорогого из ваших вариантов не ожидала состояния грязи, которое вызывает чувство отвращения (я сейчас про душевую, покрытую волосами, посуду на кухне и губку для мытья не понятно в чем).

The lock didn't work anymore and had to be cut by technician staff, had to sleep without lock and next day couldn't leave my luggage in so I took it with me and changed accomodations to a different place
