…After check-out, I was informed that I had apparently created some “white stains quite hard to remove” on the kitchen counter, as per below picture. The entire €400 deposit was taken without hesitation. I have responded, pointing out that there were stains in several areas of the flat — and even outside, including the lift — which I assumed were paint. Despite this, communication has been painfully slow, and four days later I still haven’t been told whether these supposedly hard to remove stains have even been removed.

Es war sehr komfortabel, die Wohnung ist gemütlich und sauber, alles ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist hervorragend, Strand und Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Location is awesome, plenty of room for a large family and view out to the bay and street below from the lounge area is exceptional. Bus out front, restaurants everywhere.

Although stipulated in the booking notes, be aware that you to leave a 400EUR security deposit which is kept for up to 14 days after you leave the property.

Vicina al centro ed al mare, pulita, grande, il deposito per la chiave si è rivelato veramente utile per non doverle portare con noi, vista spettacolare.

Great location Large rooms and lots of restaurants and swimming locations within walking distance. And a magnificent view

Air conditioner in living area was not working which made it a little uncomfortable during the day. Our contact tried to get it fixed and a technician came but could Not fix it. A little disappointing but we managed.
