HUIt is very easy to access, parking is convenient in the area, but there is also a parking garage on the street next to the apartment if nothing else is available. The building and the apartment were very clean, comfortable, and modern.

DKThe apartment was clean and had a large balcony. We were allowed to check out two hours later.
When you pay around 180 euros per night for an apartment with 3 beds behind the train station in Bologna, you can expect an almost perfect accommodation. This was not the case. From the balcony, you look out onto a construction site just a few meters from the building, where workers and craftsmen make a lot of noise on weekdays (check my pictures). On the day of arrival, the doorbell rang late in the evening. Four tourists were standing at the door, claiming the apartment. It turned out that the rental company had accidentally given the four tourists the same information about the address, the code for the front door, and the key box. This costed us half an hour of late-night discussions. Unbelievable! There was also room for improvement in several areas: Two rolls of toilet paper for three days and three people was just enough for us. For other guests, that might be tight. There were no dish towels or kitchen rolls in the kitchen. Three coffee cups is also a joke. Just like the three capsules for the coffee machine – in the nearby supermarket at the train station, exactly these capsules were sold out. If you want to do laundry, you have to buy a whole pack of tabs yourself, as none are provided. On the balcony, the only furnishing was one chair.

USProperty was clean.
The property was hot, even during the winter. We had to use the a/c, but it didn’t help to cool. The property seemed new and not lived in, so lacking in kitchen things, shelves and towel hangers in the bathroom.
PLGood location close to central station. Clean apartment with all things you need to stay for a couple days. Maybe it would be good to have toster in the kitchen.
Everything was ok.
