RSThe apartment is in a good location, spacious, and modernly furnished.
The host did not respond to messages. Before arriving at the accommodation, we asked about early check-in but received no reply. Until the check-in time, we did not receive any instructions on how to enter the property, even though it was stated on Booking that we would receive an email. The phone number provided during the reservation and in the email connects to a call center with no available agents. After about 10 minutes on the call center line, we found another number on Booking. The person who answered had not even seen our reservation. He offered us an alternative accommodation a bit farther away or to wait 1.5 hours for this one to be cleaned. The host does not respond to messages on WhatsApp regarding the Wi-Fi password or our request to extend check-out due to the delayed check-in. The accommodation is on the ground floor. One bedroom is separated from the elevator by just a wall, making it impossible to sleep due to noise. The living room is not insulated, and voices and all hallway activity from the building can be clearly heard. Natural light in all rooms comes only from a terrace that faces other terraces. We were welcomed with only one roll of toilet paper, and there were no slippers as advertised. It would have been nice to be greeted with at least a bottle of water. The kitchen is equipped only with appliances; everything else guests must buy themselves—there is no coffee, water, or basic supplies. Cleanliness is questionable; I was not sure whether the bed linen had even been changed.

ITAppartamento perfettamente pulito, con inclusa una pulizia settimanale, equipaggiato di tutto il necessario, compresi detersivi e accessori utili per la pulizia. Host gentile e professionale, molto presente, risponde fino alle ore 24:00 in tempi velocissimi, organizzando anche azioni di pronto intervento quando necessario. Arredamento moderno e di qualità, letti e guanciali comodi, coperte calde e leggere, asciugamani di buon livello. Tutto perfetto, mi sono sentita come a casa mia. L’appartamento inoltre è silenzioso e centrale, vicinissimo a molti siti d’interesse storico e a due passi dal mare. Consiglierei di dotare l’appartamento di un forno a microonde, molto utile in cucina, richiede un investimento minimo.
