Jeffrey’s B and B

We travelled the 150 miles from Kent to a funeral in Norfolk. On the way Bert thoughtfully phoned us to say we could check in early to enable us to freshen up. Bert was a brilliant, chatty, knowledgeable and funny host and nothing was too much trouble. He introduced us to Jeffrey, his cat, and warned that we should keep our door shut if we didn't want him to visit. We love cats so were happy for him to come in. The room is huge with large TV, 2 comfy easy chairs and 2 large single beds which were both fully electrically adjustable. The view from the room is lovely. The bathroom is huge and spotless with both a bath and shower. Bert took orders for breakfast the night before and said we could basically have whatever we liked at a time to suit us. We chose a full English which was probably the best we have ever had. If we are travelling to that part of Norfolk in future we will definitely stay at Jeffery's. In fact we might just make a special trip!

A beautiful house in a lovely situation. Bert was most hospitable and provided the perfect breakfast as well as a free taxi service to the excellent pub in Walsingham.

Bert and his sidekick Jeffrey were very welcoming. Their home is beautiful and peaceful. On our arrival Bert showed us to our room, took a very detailed breakfast order and gave us a tour of the lovely garden which surrounds the cottage. When we got up in the morning, breakfast was promptly served (cooked to perfection) on lovely china. All in all a lovely visit and would recommend our host Bert and Jeffery's B&B.

Large room with comfortable beds and armchairs, large bathroom, all very clean, good breakfast with homemade bread and jam. Beautiful garden and location. Bert was very welcoming and so supportive of us doing the MacMillan Cancer marathon hike along the Norfolk coast, all very much appreciated.

Owner was excellent nothing too much trouble and very helpful and friendly..

The perfect bed and breakfast experience! Bert was the consummate host- so warm, friendly, welcoming, funny and charming. Gorgeous house, beautiful garden, perfect location, delicious breakfast! Could not have been better! Would love to return!

Wonderful, quirky and throughly enjoyable. Designer breakfast. Of course the star of the show is Jeffrey who will try and sneak into your room if you leave the door open!
