A simpatia e disponibilidade do staff. Sempre muito atenciosos connosco! O quarto é muito bom, amplo e limpo.

O único senão é a parte do chuveiro que deveria ser um pouco melhor.

The staff were great and super helpful, helped us booking places and tips and just generally super friendly. The place was beautiful, the pool and spa were great! And super close to everything, every day after exploring the Medina/Souks I feel like we were never more than 10min away from the Riad

Wish the beds were a but bigger but honestly no big complaints

Resultou numa intoxicação alimentar, sem responsabilização e ainda com custos médicos do meu lado. Não se espera isto de um hotel 5 estrelas. Muito decepcionante. Desaconselho completamente, sob pena de alguém poder ter uma intoxicação alimentar, coisa altamente provável em Marrakesh. Neste caso, ainda pior porque foi num passeio organizado pelo hotel, onde nos cobraram o passeio, não houve qualquer atenção nem nesse sentido.

Staff molto gentile e preparato, struttura pulita e in una posizione eccellente sia per la visita del centro Medina che per le escursioni esterne. Ottima colazione, bella e confortevole la zona piscina , ma sopratutto grande gentilezza di tutto lo staff in particolare le receptionist

Niente è perfetta

The front desk staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Helped to arrange a very early morning transport and walked us out through the gate to ensure we could find the driver.

The pool and location

The staff were really poor, had no interest in helping my journey with my daughter. Wanted to go on trips but tried to organise private trips that costs absolute fortune, as if that was the only option. Charged 250 D for a hotel pick up that was 5 mins ago the same as an airport drop off. The location of the Riad at night wasn’t particularly safe but no information about good places to go and all attempts to book dinner was at 9 o clock, didn’t consider I had a seven year old. There was a festival day, where there was no food after breakfast but we were not told this.

The staff were brilliant really friendly and so helpful in every way they made our stay a pleasure. The Riad is a little paradise behind a door beautifully decorated in a tradtional theme. It was lovely to be able to have a cold dip in the pool after a hot day at the Souks.
