Wifi did not work. Tried to email host no reply. Property no clean on arrival. The property is fitted with 2 smoke detectors as law. but both were removed. property is unsafe. garden fences blow down. No Shower screen or curtain. toilet flush constantly running.

5 out of 8 lights in the front room not working No light in the en-suite bathroom Filthy oven trays Toilet flush in main bathroom constantly running which kept everyone awake at night Insufficient sofa seating for number of people staying. Advertised as 4 x person property (2 x double beds) but only 3 seats in the front room Raised maintenance issues with property manager and advised someone would be out the following day but no one showed up. All other messages ignored and just send automated responses wishing me a great stay ! Payment for the property had to be made outside of the booking.com platform which I felt was a security concern and goes against the whole point of using the platform

Dirty - mouldy shower. Lots of cosmetic damage to the house Only 2 pillows provided for 2 double beds Wi-Fi didn’t work Lots of post for the owner and a high court enforcement which made my stay abit worrying.

Nothing to dislike - it was exactly as described.
