Ponta Delgada Flats - HOST & CHILL

This beautiful property is close to the town square and minutes to the beach. It is within walking distance of many fine restaurants. The facility is very clean and well maintained. There is ample room for guests with a full kitchen , living room three bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. Our host Joao was very helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend Ponta Delgada Flats to anyone looking for a first class stay.

It’s a fabulous location and totally quiet… you cannot hear anything out on the street. The natural light is fabulous and back balcony is very very private Beds are very comfortable.

We didn’t like the quality of the toilet paper but everything else was fabulous.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Ponta Delgada. Nearby, there are plenty of restaurants, charming streets, and it's close to the marina and swimming area. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable—perfect for a family or a group of friends. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The only suggestion is that the kitchen could be slightly better furnished and equipped. Highly recommended.

Very centrally located in Ponta Delgada so easy to walk everywhere. Very well laid out apartment, very comfortable, excellent for a small group or family. Really quiet even though it's so central. Good WiFi

Parking and dropping off luggage etc is a little problematic but we expected this. The big locker by the entrance is off putting.

The property was amazing. Very spacious and could not be better Located. Right in the middle of town, in a busy street with restaurants and cafés but still very quiet since it faces the back. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Had all facilities - washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, even coffee machine. Host let us know about parking spots and anything else we need to know.
