We were not foretold about the long process to get through security (including biometrics) We had some friends local to durban who wanted to come for dinner but security made them wait outside for over an hour as we could not get a resident pin for them to enter

Rooms were not cleaned Bedding had stains Cupboards were not emptied out from the previous people who stayed there. No staff around to help us find our room.

The unit was not cleaned properly and was not as represented in the pictures . It had mould in the bathrooms and generally not very clean . Cleaning equipment was stored on the patio furniture. Towels were damp on arrival and we had to ask for more towels which was kindly supplied.

Nice location,the apartment is exactly as shown on the pictures,check in was also smooth.Thank you for hosting us,we had a good time and created wonderful memories.
