Nebuvo paminėta, kad labai statūs ir nepatogūs laiptai patekti į savo aukštą. Daug problemų su kanalizacija. Tualetas užsikimšęs, dušas, kai maudaisi stovi vandeny nes labai prastai nubėga. Vėliau tualeto turinys, kai nuleidi vandenį lipo lauk pro dušą. Kriaukle vonios kambary naudotis negalima nes vanduo teka pro apačią. Iš kriauklės virtuvėje sklido labai blogas kvapas. Patalynė nebuvo labai švari. Matėsi dėmės. Terasa buvo gera vieta poilsiui, tik čiužiniai labai nešvarūs. Didesnė lova visa klibėjo. Mažesnė labai traškėjo. Buvo pasakyta, jog reik išsinešti šiukšles, bet nepaiškinta kur išmesti. Susisiekus su admin problemos buvo pašalintos, tačiau nuotaika sugadinta. Tikrai nerekomenduočiau šios vietos.

Meer dan een uur wachten om de sleutel te krijgen. Hij was wel vriendelijk en kon het verantwoorden. Stijle trap op 3de verdiep en geen lift.

Schlüsselübergabe vor dem regulären Check-in, super, lieben Dank, dass das möglich war :o) Trotz der Lage (Flug- und Straßenlärm) war ruhiges Schlafen möglich. Hübsche Terrasse, die leider zu wenig genutzt wurde, da wir viel unterwegs waren. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen gut ausgestattet. WLAN- hat immer funktioniert.

Lattenrost in einem Bett war defekt und musste "sortiert" werden. Geruch im Schlafzimmer (Schrank) unangenehm, wahrscheinlich durch chemische Mittel für ....??? Mischbatterie der Dusche sehr schwierig zu regulieren.

ill était impossible de régler la chaleur de la douche , en eau froide la douche devenait brulante très rapidement et impossible de retrouver l eau froide avant un temps très long Complique de prendre une douche dans ces conditions surtout a 2 de plus disposer d une bouteille d eau comme accueil aurait été appréciable

Great location - around the corner from Marquis de Pombal Sq with easy metro links, a 35min walk to Alfama and a nice neighbourhood with plenty of places to eat. Good kitchen and dining spaces with everything you need. The terrace is a bonus - it's mostly enclosed by other buildings but not particularly overlooked and high enough for a welcome breeze.

It can get hot without A/C, there was a heatwave when we stayed but you get a good through breeze by opening the windows and doors and they supply fans for the rooms.

Amazing staff, great location, nice restaurants nearby. In the flat everything u might need. Oh, and during a rainy night there was an option to watch a tv in English m, not only local language so that’s a plus.
