Large light room. Desk to work at. Good value. Enjoyed having a lovely cafe at the property. Hosts were very receptive to requests.

"Worth every dime"

It was squeaky clean. The room was spacious, enough for a couple. The owner was nice and helpful. You can have your clothes washed for free. Parking is free, too.

The most annoying thing perhaps is the toilet. It is too small even for one person. The toilet door is not opaque enough. You can literally see everything the person who is using the toilet is doing inside.

I really enjoy my stay. It’s a very nice place. The staffs were very welcoming, kind and helpful during my stay. Clean room with a nice balcony, comfortable and cosy. The price is reasonable. I also really enjoyed the cafe on the first floor, everything was so yummy. Thank you so much for everything!

I highly recommend this homestay! We were 2 weeks there and everything was uncomplicated. The room was very clean, has an air conditioner and a shower with warm water. The owners were very kind and helpful. We would definitely come back! :)

"Superb"

We loved our stay at Goc Hai Phong. The room was huge, clean and very nicely decorated. It was also really bright and there was a comfy little reading chair by one of the windows. The guys who ran it were always very smiley and helpful. We also really liked the location, down a cute alleyway which felt very local and with lots of good, cheap food around. The WiFi was fast and they provided water, clean towels and toiletries.

We got woken up early from the sun coming in and the morning traffic in the alley (although this isn't that unusual in VN!) Our own bathroom was just outside the room but it wasn't quite as nice as the rest of the place.

"Great location, slightly away from the heart of the city"

The location was great for what I wanted. Away from the main city centre (but still reachable fairly quickly by Grab Bike/Car) but with plenty of nice restaurants and coffee places nearby. The room itself was great 👍

Very minor but I asked for advice on where to exchange money and the staff didn't know of anywhere local.
