Location was good

There was mold on the ceiling

The inside stayed very clean, the rooms were clean and big

The beds were so uncomfortable that my mom and I woke up everyday sore, you cld feel the springs. The dog area had poop that owners didn’t pick up, and I even stepped in some I informed the property that I would be bringing my service dog with me and I let them know what duties she performed. I was harassed by three separate emails about bringing her and even asking me if I was disabled. The property allows you to bring dogs at 25 per night and maybe it was the money they didn’t want to miss, so instead they harassed me. I wld not t stay here again for that and the beds.

The location was great. Stuff was friendly and provided a dehumidifier.

100% humidity in a suit. (Reduced to 80% after installation of dehumidifier, but only on request(why?)) The dehumidifier was super dirty and tons of mold on it. The floor is dirty. Hairs in a bed. Pools were with floating trash.

Clean and Spacious Rooms, Friendly Environment. Lots of activities, full of fun.

My last day it rained

Close to the beach.

Room needs updated. Microwave broken, toilet needs silicone around base so it doesn't move, stove top dirty and front casing of ac unit falling off. Ceiling looked horrible may have had watet leaks from above. Repaired badly.

The room and resort was clean, beautiful and right on the beach.

I found out I could have rented a lot cheaper if we had called the place direct (Patrica Grand Resort) instead of going through Booking.com. Another issue was our Booking.com message got hacked and someone tried to get our credit card information or they said “our reservations would be cancelled” Thankfully we didn’t fall for it, it appeared to be legit and from booking.com so I almost did. And lastly we used the safe that was in our room without any problems until our last day it wouldn’t open. The front desk is not able to help with anything because it’s a private room. They can not give towels, toilet paper or help with the safe. We called and waited half a day to hear back from booking.com before we finally begged the hotel maintenance guy into giving us the override code to get into the safe to retrieve our keys and personal belongings. I have no idea if Booking.com would have ever shown up to help. It was disappointing since it was out last day.
