Beech Suite - Private Location with 85 inch Cinema TV & Parking

Comfortable, smelt nice, large tv good lighting nice view for watching the fireworks, I would consider staying again however I would be getting a stay for 2 nights so the checkout time isn't as much of an issue.

11am checkout was very strict, I was told there could be flexibility regarding the checkout provided I give warning, so I did 2 days before, 1 day before, then at 4am, then I had to ask again as I was sent a copy n pasted response that didn't answer the question, once it got to about 20 minutes before checkout I got a response about due to being short staffed the 11am checkout time was strict, bit of a shame came to spend time with someone and it had to be cut short due to this, otherwise I could have given this 4 or 5*, very lovely place to stay.

Staff were great in giving late checkout and were very responsive.

Blue lights in kitchen and hallway were bad. Can’t see anything. You can change to white lights on switch but one in kitchen was blown. We had to eat and cook with a phone torch. That’s not good. Also there is a lot of clutter outside with leaves etc, abandoned vehicles, rubbish etc. we did not like this. Bed sheets are poly cotton and very hot. Did not like this.

Location was great, on a charming street close to the train station. The kitchen/living space was very comfortable and beautifully decorated.

I was not a fan of the blue overhead lights, particularly as that was the only light in the bedroom, and I couldn’t find a towel for the kitchen.

Stunning living room with massive tv that has Netflix and prime video , sofa is sooo comfy could of slept on the sofa it was so comfy!

Everything was perfect

The decor and facilities were all nothing but luxurious

The entrance into the building is just that niggle as it can be dark around the car park and loud when moving around but it's an old building so you have to expect it.
