It was easy to acces the apartment by bus from Bologna Centrale and it is very close to the sites, everything is in walking distance. You can find great restaurants nearby and it is easy to communicate with the host. I recommend it to families of four, where it isn't a problem that one pair has to sleep on the pull-out couch.
