Cozy apartment in the city center. There is everything necessary for life. Very friendly owner.

The house was really nice and pretty, there is space and even a mini garden that is handy. No noise at night, quiet neighbor. Nice and clean bathroom. In addition the owner sends you very clear instructions of the house and it’s amenities, which makes the permanence very smooth and easy.

The apartment is perfect for 4 people. Very clean, quiet and well located. 13-15 walking to Piazza Maggiore. Mauro, the owner, very nice and responsive to different requests. I warmly recommend this place for anyone visiting Bologna. It is very close to places where you can have nice coffee, pastries, icecream as well as close to restaurants.

Host was very friendly and easy to reach from the beginning! The apartment is great and spacious, seems recently renewed and bed is comfy! Location is great, this part of the city is very charming and not crowded, only 10 min walk from Due Torri and Piazza maggiore and right next to Giardini Margherita. Great restaurants and bakeries nearby. Check in was very easy! Kitchen is well equipped and there's a washing machine (including washing products).

There's not a lot of natural light because the apartment is located on the ground floor, but the lights within the apartment compensate it very well.

the flat has a good bed, kitchen and bathroom. the location is very good in the outskirts of the center, close to a beautiful park. also next to very nice osterias and a good bakery. it was easy to access the house. I arrived in the middle of the night and could still let my self in. The host was very helpful. the place would be very good value of the sleep 4!

the place is quite dark, as it is on the ground floor and the balcony is tiny and squished into the backyard. Also, street noise drift to the apartment, and you hear all the neighbours, including their washing machines. I am probably quite noise sensitive and was there for work, so this might not be a problem to other guests. also the flat could use a regular table to sit by. though the high kitchen table can be used.

The location was very central, a 10-15 minute walk from the centre and had a great selection of local outlets in the direct vicinity such as excellent restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets. The local area feels very safe and the locals were all extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed even including a coffee machine with pods provided. I can’t think of any downsides of the property - the host was also very helpful and responsive. The information provided ahead of check-in made that process easy and stress free.
