Lovely welcome. Well appointed room and comfortable bed. Quiet location.

This is a beautiful property perched on top of a hill. Everything you need is in one huge - and I mean HUGE - studio room, by far the largest room we had on our 1-month trip to New Zealand. Kitchen, bathroom, dining table, two couches... even the washer is en-suite. We only stayed for one night but we would have been very comfortable here for an extended stay. Bicycle vineyard tours would be on my agenda! A good selection of continental breakfast items were provided, including some home-grown fruit. We enjoyed the fact that the house water comes from a rain water collection system, and it tasted great, but if you like to take 30 minute showers then this might not be the place for you - the owner respectfully asks guests to be thoughtful about water usage.

A very large combined bedroom and lounge/ dining area and kitchenette with separate bathroom. Older style furnishings but very warm welcome. Good breakfast and snacks provided and fresh fruit from the garden replenished daily. Everything you need for a few days stay, including washing machine. Huge garden full of all types of fruit trees.

Diane made us feel very welcome. Delicious breakfast with homemade stewed fruit and jam. Spacious room with comfortable bed, couch and nice ensuite. Everything we needed was provided. Thank you Diane for your great accomodation and hospitality.
