Well Kept very clean

Had room to move and spread out

Beds a bit tight for couples

Very nice house for family vacations to Dublin. Location is outside the city center but it is easy to drive to.

House was exactly as described and pictured. Easy access and good WiFi. Comfortable and great value for money. Great comms from Angelica.

Travelled for a game of rugby at the Aviva. Distance from airport was fine on the map but traffic was shockingly bad. Worth noting as we used Uber a lot to get around.

Great space, clean easy to get about

Walls paper thin. Neighbour during days plays music - it’s literally like they are in same room. Lady likes to sing but probably needs some singing lessons.

Self catering - mainly good and having basic leftover foods in the cupboard was appreciated. Some essential equipment was missing, though when the host was contacted about these they provided them the next day. The host was responsive. One of the showers worked and was nice and hot. The beds were comfy. The kitchen tiles are lovely. The sofas are good. There is a washing machine (but no rack, dryer or line).

It just didn't make for a great start after a long journey when you sit down to dinner and there isn't enough cutlery even for the number of people who could stay there, and there's no oven glove so you burn your fingers operating with a tea towel. Some of the windows don't fit well so either don't open or they jam open, and, there's no functional thermostat so the heating needs to be manually switched on or off. The incredibly loud motor pump shower in the main bathroom (where incidentally we could not see a plug to use the bath) cut out intermittently before stopping completely. The house creaks loudly at every step upstairs. So between the incredibly loud shower motor and the floorboards it's certainly not quiet, though the area itself is. It's slightly damp in the bathrooms too, including a few of the clean towels.

Great to have 3 bathrooms and an en-suite. Makes travelling much easier for both personal and work events.

A little chilly on arrival but heating instructions clear and easy to follow

Exceeded our expectations. Large kitchen which is very well stocked with crockery etc, everything provided. Plenty of seating and large dining table. Easy to follow instructions for heating and hot water. House was warm, water hot, washer/dryer handy as we’re visiting from overseas, close to motorway and shops. Didnt use outside furniture or bbq. Parking for one medium car in driveway.

Nothing major. Hot water pump upstairs noisy when someone is showering.
