Finding parking nearby was extremely difficult, also the bedding was very basic and the noise from Church bells was very loud.

el trato del personal fue pésimo, me colgaron el teléfono y me trataron bastante mal, la habitación una basura, pone cama doble y son dos individuales con diferente altura, olía a cerveza la cama, el suelo bastante sucio y todo bastante mal, calidad precio no tiene sentido, me cobran más de 100 euros por noche y no hay ningún tipo de servicio, tratan mal, habitación sucia y estafa según lo que pone en la descripción, y para colmo, entraron a las 9 de la mañana las de la limpieza sin llamar a la puerta mientras dormiamos( que yo trabajé hasta tarde) y entraron sin preguntar hasta dentro, se fueron claro y volvieron a entrar a las 10 y media echándonos cuando el check out era a las 11 y yo necesitaba descansar. una vergüenza

WOW...what a beautiful property! The rooms and building have been refurbished to an amazing standard! Will come back again, but stay for longer next time to appreciate this hotel and the town of Novelda. The staff couldn't have been more helpful! We arrived late and they were there to explain and let us in. Thank you all so much! 🙏
