This property was incredible! We had the most gorgeous view, very private, with a wonderful patio and rooftop. It is located within a nature preserve so offered unique surroundings. We could walk down the private path to our own little section of water. We even brought a couple of chairs down so we could sit on the rocky ledge. It is not actually IN the town but just outside which in our opinion was even better since the ride to town was only about 10 minutes- we had a rental car which made this easier of course. Highly recommend!

"A perfect place to relax, enjoy stunning views, and explore the area with great food and nearby beaches."

The views are simply breathtaking. You can watch the sunset from the rooftop or the terrace, and feel every fiber of your body relax. In the mornings, you can listen to the birds or the sheep and enjoy the ocean view with a cup of coffee. For swimming, consider the beach about 1 km away. It’s rocky, but with the right shoes, it’s absolutely fine. We also visited the sandy beach in San Vito Lo Capo, which is just a 5-minute drive away. We highly recommend renting a boat for around €130 from San Vito Lo Capo Nautica Platyy di Figliomeni Francesco. No boating license is required. If you’re looking for traditional food and a great place to eat, visit Agriturismo Baglio Don Bartolo – Ristorante, B&B. There is some occasional noise from the nearby campsite, but only until 10 PM and only on certain days. Contrary to one of the previous comments, it wasn’t an issue at all.

Fantastic location, totally secluded, and yet easy access to San Vito Lo Capo. As it was June, parking isn't an issue in San Vito and it's only a 10 min drive. Grocery store down the street. Cleanliness 10/10, great AC, plenty of water, clean towels and linens. Sunsets from the porch are amazing! Slight noise at times from campground next door but not an issue at all. Highly recommend!

It was great, no complaints!
