Overall facilities are not in great conditions and it doesn’t seem looked after very seriously, cleanliness could be improved

Photos non contractuels, propreté laisse à désiré, travaux depuis 7h30 le matin impossible de se reposé, rester dehors20 min car le portail ne s'ouvrait plus, propriétaire injoignable. J'avais réservé pour 2 nuits et du quitté au bout de la première nuit. J'aimerais qu'on me rembourse au moins une nuit puisque que nous sommes pas resté, j'ai du payer un autre logement!

emplacement bien. L'appartement devait être bien quand il etait neuf, bien décoré. Mais malheureusement pas bien entretenu du tout.

Réveillés le matin par des perceuses et coups de marteau. murs pas du tout insonorisés on entend tout ce qui se passe autour.Tapis du salon sale (cheveux, tâches). Chambre sale (poussière et cafard mort derrière table de chevet). Prises électriques de la cuisine qui se decrochent

Thé room had ‘some’ charm and nice furniture (but unfortunately also some ugly and totally out of place. Had a good little balcony with a little view of mountains and nice old town center feel but still nice and quiet.

Very small room. Only 1 small pillow each. Half painted bathroom ceiling. Toilet seat broken. No shower support or curtain/door to stand and shower. Black mound round bath. Picture frame glass broken. Felt half finished or that nobody was tending to the upkeep.

The apartment is well situated in a quiet street with easy access to the main road, shops and restaurants. The bedroom is very quiet and the bed was comfortable. I also really appreciated the air conditioning, which was a relief from the heat and humidity. I was pleased to find two towels, a shower mat and more than one roll of toilet paper. I had read in some reviews that these were lacking sometimes, but they were indeed provided for me. The balcony is very small, but I enjoyed having one even though the view is of an abandoned lot across the road. Arrival and access was easy with clear instructions from the property with the code to the gate and another code for the lock box containing the apartment keys.

Cleanliness is really not great, especially in the bathroom. The kitchen is also a bit grubby, small and very basic. The fridge was dirty with crumbs and traces of food and liquid from previous guests inside. The freezer section of the fridge was completely iced up and impossible to put anything in there. The crockery is sparse and could do with an upgrade. There were only two plates. In terms of facilities, the apartment could do with a washing machine or at least a clothes horse to hang up clothes if you do some washing in the basin. There are remnants of a clothes line over the bath, but it had not been fixed or replaced, so nowhere to hang washing. There is an iron and ironing board though.

Well situated.

Not very clean, specially the shower cabinet. Terrace with broken furniture and neglected, dry plants. Sunshade not working and could not be used, by great heat and temperature of 39 degrees. Ashtray with cigarette butts from previous occupant.
