A few things I didn't like about it. Small room not for two people. Small toilet with no sink inside. Shower outside the toilet. TV with no channels.

Where do I start ? Entrance was difficult. Room was really col so much I slept fully clothed And spent 3 days with my coat on including in bed Heating had to be boosted but only gave one hours heating then it had to be boosted again!!. No plates or cups available. Freezer was leaking due to not being defrosted and poor maintenance. Cleaning well , shocking!. Damp in another room wasn’t treated, The dryer that you had to pay for has not repaired. The lady who was managing the property was always on hand but the owner is abroad and clearl not interested in maintenance of his property. Avoid as there are many that are better value for money.
GBGBI have booked it for a work week and the stay was perfect for business travels. Easy instructions to access property, clear and tidy rooms, looks like newly renovated and great kitchen space with separate refrigerators for a smooth stay. Amazing staff with customer centric response. I had issue with the heating system and as soon as I dropped a message to the handler, they sent a person to fix it in no time.

I didn't get a code for the key safe, so I rang the phone number, and the lady who answered was extremely rude to me. She said she'd sent the code already, but she hadn't. So she then sent it to me, but I felt like she was doing me a massive favour.
