The attendant was very pleasant and helpful.

Bathroom smelt bad. Overall the place is horrible.

Safety and quietness

The room doesn't have nice towels, pillows smell smoke, and no chair in my room. My TV was difficult to switch off when i needed to sleep. The toilet window can't close properly. One kitchen and it's in front of reception.

Proximity to where I needed to be.

Had to change rooms after checking in due to en-suite shower leaking water into main room after I’d had taken a shower on checking in. The communal electric iron in the corridor had wires sticking out and it barely did the job. No electric kettles in the rooms, only one in shared communal kitchen at the reception area. Main dislike - I did not feel safe ESPECIALLY because of the staff had to quickly change my accommodation the following morning to elsewhere after just one night stay because of this.

The stuff is friendly , patient and helpful. We did a last minute booking at night and the hosts accommodated us. The place is close to where we work.

The whole house needs a huge makeover. It doest meet the hospitality standards yet, especially for the price they are asking. There is no big living room for guests.

The staff were friendly.They helped in times.

The price for the given room was too high. The room doesn't have a proper mirror. The bathroom is attached,but it was not comfortable to use.

The was no breakfast at all, no coffe
