When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of $150 per pet, per stay applies. Smoking in the unit will incur an additional charge of $500 Please note that an additional charge of $200 will apply for late check-out after 11:00 AM Any damage to or loss of property caused by guests, including from smoking outside designated areas, will incur a charge. This will be assessed and agreed upon during check-in. Damages will be charged to the debit/credit card provided at the time of booking or check-out. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.
