Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the property directly, using the contact details on your booking confirmation. If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the property prior to your arrival: 1) Authorization letter with cardholder's signature 2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature) Please note that property may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. If the above conditions are not met, the property reserves the right to request new payment upon check-in. Please contact the property to confirm the availability of accessible rooms before booking. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
