- New spacey apartment. - Good underground parking.

- The apartment is incomplete, wires from the wall, some missing switches, lights, etc. - Was rather cold in winter and we couldn’t find a way to tune the temperature. - Wasn’t perfectly cleaned, esp. the bathroom. - The outside entrance doesn’t have any lights, difficult to open the door in the evening.

The apartment was truly clean it had all the equipment for breakfast including coffee machine.

No slippers

The accommodation is very comfortable and has everything necessary for a pleasant stay. However, certain issues made me decide not to return here!

The bathroom was in an unacceptable condition. There was a strong unpleasant smell, most likely left by previous guests, which significantly ruined the overall experience. On top of that, hair was scattered everywhere: on the floor, inside the cabinet, and in the shower. This level of neglect in cleanliness is utterly disgraceful and leaves a terrible impression. I strongly urge the administration and staff to address this feedback and take appropriate action!

Very spacious and clean apartment. it's a big advantage that it has underground parking space if you need it. Smooth contactless check it with great instructions.

Major one: no hot water, in December. Would be great if there was at least a warning beforehand. Take notice that it has a stairway to the second floor to get to the main space, rather steep one. While it has all the kitchen appliances, it would be great if for example capsules for the capsule coffee machine were available, or the point of having access to them machine is lost. Hard to get those without a convenience store nearby.

Location is very nice and comfortable to reach city center. The house is warm, not noisy.

Pillows was very uncomfortable for sleep.
