An infrastructure tax was introduced by the Zanzibar government on 1st July 2015. The tax of US$5 per person per day is to be collected by the hotel accommodations from all inhouse guests on behalf of the Zanzibar Revenue Board (ZRB). This amount is payable directly on check-in. We accept MasterCard and Visa. Please be advised that all credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 3%. For bookings of up to 5 rooms, a different cancellation policy applies. Cancelations must be made at least 60 days before arrival to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. Additionally, prepayment is required 60 days prior to arrival. My daughter and I visited and had a great time. We liked all three restaurants evenly. We also liked that the one pool had spring water in it and it was warmish. The low tide that pulls back very far makes for great exploring. We also enjoyed the all inclusive package. If we paid individually we would have paid way more. It was also nice not to carry money or cards around.

Communication regarding entertainment and where it will be at night, could be communicated better. Posters on notice boards said Week 1 and Week 2. Which one do you follow? The entertainment location was also sometimes communicated incorrectly but we found it easily enough and we could have asked if it was that important to us.

Wonderful experience. Couldn’t imagine better honeymoon with my husband, mother and mother in law! Staff was excellent, very friendly and kind - I wanted to mention amazing manager Vikas and Moustafa, excellent guest relation manager that organised lovely dinner for 70th bday for my mother in law and Zaki that served us and made our stay so special. I recommend booking a bungalow with ocean view, we loved it there. Definitely would book again.

"Schöner, gepflegter All-Inclusive-Resort"

- Sehr schöne Anlage mit tollen Ausblicken aufs Meer und verschiedenen schönen Bars - Buffet war gut - Das Animationsteam war sehr freundlich - Game Room mit Billiard, Tischfussball war super

- Fitness war sehr veraltet, nicht sauber und viele Geräte funktionierten nicht - Sehr hell im Zimmer während der Nacht da im Nebenzimmer ein kleines Fenster ist für Tageslicht, welches man nicht abdecken kann und so die Beleuchtung von draussen hinein scheint - Es wird eine Resortgebühr belastet, das hatten wir sonst nirgends in Sansibar!
