The bed was comfortable enough and the room relatively clean. A good restaurant downstairs with a wide and available menu, but slightly pricey compared to places nearby. Had a reasonably effective refridgerator, which was very useful. A very large 7/11 very close and obviously useful, but nothing much else nearby

The design of the bathroom was unusual and a bit dark. There were plenty of sharp edges in the bathroom and living room. Not much in the way of things to do, despite the large anount of tourists in the vicinity. This area is more of an accommodation centre, as well as a residential area.

Room was spacious and had balcony with view on the city.

It could be cleaned better. Some of the furniture haven't been cleaned for ages. Asked for the towel for bathroom floor, did not receive one.

I wont use this place again. I used this place everytike I come to pattaya. This time I booked a suite. I arrived and was given a superior double. Ive been trying to get refunded for a while. They don't reply. Booking.com said they refused to accept the liability and stated that I was lying. I have photos of the room. It was not a suite.

The fact that my refund was denied because they told booking.com I was in a suite when I wasn't. The price was almost double. Booking are also just as bad at dealing with these requests and customer care.

I wont stay here again. I feel bad for the review as the lady manager was always very nice but taking money for a suite and giving a standard room then refusing a refund and telling booking.com I was given the right room is a joke. The toilets smell like blocked sewage. The air-conditioning is damp is gives a sore throat and chest. Needs a service. Food is hugely overpriced downstairs as are drinks. WiFi is slow and crappy. Constantly disconnects and reconnects mid way through something. Its kept tidy but not very clean. Looks as though the staff live in the suites which is why they chose to let me pay for suite but only provide standard rooms
