הבעלים לא היו זמינים לנו בזמן שהגענו חיכינו למעלה מ40 דקות בצ׳ק אין חשבנו שיהיה משהו מפצה על זה מהבעלים לא חשבו שמגיע לנו. אחרי זה קיבלנו גריל שהיה עם מכסה שבור ושנפל לנו מהחום של הגריל והם עוד ציפו שנשלם את הנזק. התחושה הייתה בעיקר שלא לקחו אחריות על הבעיות שהיו סביב האיחור בצ׳ק אין ועל הגריל השבור
