I called to complain to Front desk Toni. I explained to her the people upstairs were stomping up and down. The neighbors children were up early knocking on our doors till late at night. I also tried to get staff to refresh room left her a tip she made bed threw trash and didn’t sweep. Anytime you talked to staff they acted like they didn’t know English so when my mom spoke to them in Spanish. The acted like they spoke Chinese. Until last night they asked us if this huge white alaskan husky was ours? Then they could understand.. Eric was the only helpful person. We had to park away from our room and my mother is disable because a truck took up parking. Eric was the only helpful person there. Toni needs to learn customer care. It doesn’t always have to be yes, but there’s a way of explaining things to customers.

The parking was taken. They had big rat traps and bugs in room.

Le personnel est vraiment gentil, de bon conseil et vraiment friendly. Si vous avez besoin de n’importe quoi ils sont toujours disponibles. Nous avons pu choisir si nous voulions le 1er étage ou le rez de chaussée, c’était vraiment bien !

Very nice for a super motel 6. I was nervous at first but the room was clean and honestly didn’t look too bad. Check was easy, even though we checked in around 2am. Lots of parking. Location was perfect for what we needed. Was a short stay but I didn’t feel gross leaving the hotel like some other hotels have made me feel. I was very surprised with the quality, it was good for the price I paid.

The pillows… they were very very thin. Only complaint. I suggest brining your own pillow if you can. I was able to fall asleep and make it work but the pillows could be better.

The shower was broken. Virtual check in didn’t work well.
