"Lovely place for a short break. We would use again for location."

Location was perfect. Central to everything. Beaches, shops, restaurants, bars all within 5-10 minute walking distance. Pool right outside back gate.

TV didn't seem to connect to any channels. Kitchen could have been a little better equipped but we made do. Although check in was easy the appartment wasn't ready (we didnt mind this and was happy to wait) but place was rushed and not as clean as we would have liked. Pool didnt seem heated, very cold.

Location excellent, very clean, plenty space, outdoor space with table overlooking pool was fab.

No AC in apartment was only downside. There was a fan in one bedroom, could have another in second room.

"Great and central apartment!"

Very easy to communicate with Sven and Cristina.The apartment is very central located, was close to everything! Love the poolview and terrace. And the volleyball, basket and football court was a great surprise for the kids. The pool is clean and good. New sunbeds. Quiet and safe aparthotel with not so much people. The apartment is a bit tired, but good enough for the great price. We love the new beds! And the big fridge and freezer. Great to make food on the kitchen. Room with washingmachine for clothes was great! Mercadona is under 10 minutes walk away, that is the cheapest and best supermarket.

The aircondition was still broke, but in february is was okey for us. Not a own parking for guest. Not easy to find parking in the street always, but be patient.

excellent location - very central to Playa, Los Cristianos and Costa Ajeke. Lovely quiet pool. 1 minute to bus stop to the airport.

it was very unfortunate that air conditioning is disconnected - it was simply uncomfortable at night and probably unbearable in the summer. Sven got us 1 fan but wasn’t enough as we had 2 bedrooms. Also the TV did not work. Trying to give a fair assessment so that things can be improved for others.
