GBGood soundproofing, comfortable bed, suitable for a family of three, convenient location, free parking, clear directions and easy to find, heating and air conditioning available, a unique accommodation experience, and cheaper than staying at a hotel.

No window for fresh air, I had to have patio door open through the night as it was stuffy in the room due to no natural ventilation
