"Scamming additional money"

Clean

Did not state I had to pay either a £300 refundable deposit which was the same price as the house!! Or a none refundable deposit of £69. In my eyes this is not a deposit so whatever price you pay for the house add another £69 onto it. Scam

Good location for trips to the seaside.

The stairs are step and narrow- this was not mentioned in description and was difficult for some of our group. Also the bathroom is downstairs- again not mentioned in description. Thankfully there was one bedroom downstairs otherwise we would have had problems.

"Great house for a group travelling together"

Really good size and very well equipt. Towels, bedding, full kitchen, bathroom miniatures. Tea, coffee, sugar etc. iron and board, internet, smart TV. Everything you could need for a stay.

It’s got some wear and tear but I think the price reflects it and it really minor in comparison to all the small details which made the stay extra pleasant.

Fantastic host. Accommodated us at extremely short notice due to us leaving another property that was disgusting 🫣 this however was clean bright and very spacious. Shop across the road and a chip shop at the end! Couldn't ask for more! Had an issue with boiler when we arrived but an emergency plumber was sent straight out and fixed the issue. Will definitely stay again.

Lengthy check in process with forms, photo id, deposit etc. I've just been fortunate enough to have never booked anywhere that does this!

"Ideal for short stay."

Convenient location for where we were working. Good size rooms with 3 double beds. Had all the basics needed for our stay.

Bathroom door sticks and had to message about heating as no instructions on how to work and house was cold first night.
