There was nothing to like about this property

. Room was freezing cold. The listing and on confirmation of booking said it’s private bathroom and toilet but it was not. No soaps, handwashing or towel available. The bathroom was in corridor and had tinted glass door I couldn’t take the shower. The toilet stank. Absolutely disgusting..!!! Won’t stay even if it was getting paid to stay there..!! Not clean—I know it was a “budget” stay but O do expect a good degree of cleanliness for £65 a night! Would not stay again

Muy cercano a la estación de tren (Southampton Central), de micros (National Express), y de cruceros. De hecho, fui y volví caminando desde / hacia cada una de ellas. Se puede también tomar un colectivo con parada en la misma cuadra del alojamiento. Es muy sencillo llegar al área comercial y recorrer Southampton a pie. El vecindario es seguro. La casa cuenta con buenas instalaciones, excelente vista desde la ventana y rápida conectividad wifi. Tremendamente amable el anfitrión, agradezco su buena predisposición y el estar atento a los detalles. Volvería a alojarme allí.

Tener en cuenta que la habitación que califico está ubicada en primer piso, confirmar disponibilidad en planta baja si se tiene dificultad en subir escaleras.

Incredibly clean and safe. Obviously at sometime a very well invested in property. The curtains, windows and black out blinds blocked the road noise well. The bedding and bed were clean and comfy. For what I paid for a 12 min walk from the train station on a Saturday night in high season in Southampton it was great. Whoever the cleaner is is exceptional.

This property needs some maintenance. Nothing major things like the door to the room stuck slightly (needs sanding at the top), the sink had leak (needs a new washer), the radiator showed rust (needs sanding and painting). One of the hooks ok the curtain needs putting back on. The corner of the tray was broken. Little things if they repaired would make a massive difference to the rating. I think some new pillows would a good addition too and hopefully, in winter they give a heavier duvet.

It was a last minutes booking. I arrived late but was greeted by a friendly and very helpful host. The bed was extremely comfy. I would definitely stay there again 🙂
