It's all very well organised, communication is good and the price is great.

It's quite a chilly room (despite the best efforts of the radiator) and extra bedding is recommended on cold nights.

This is a really well done stay with lots of nice touches (not least lots of proper milk in the fridge rather than an inadequate couple of UHT capsules). And the communication was A1.

There were stains on the walls, towels and bedding were not clean, and children ran up and down the hallways late into the night. We left after the first night and did not return.

Spacious room

There was no TV remote and I messaged and asked if there was one and got no reply Also, it wasn't the cleanest unfortunately. Even if it was boxing day, some of the cleaning looked like it hadn't been done in some time

"Honest room when you’re travelling on a budget with a very helpfull host"

Very friendly and helpful host! Big room, honest price/quality when travelling on a budget.

It’s quite a struggle to find the location, because the housenumber is not good visable. I would recommend the owner to place a housenumber in front of the gate.
