Great location. Close to rail station. Quays, shopping. Very responsive host.

We had to request a few things that should have been in the room, for example toilet paper. There was only one chair and one coffee cup for 2 of us.

This was my second stay here and I'm sure it won't be my last. It's clean and has a nice en suite with full tea and coffee making facilities. It's a very good price and better than you'd expect for the money. The host is friendly and helpful, though as it's self check-in you won't necessarily see him. it's perf CT for my needs - I regularly go to Southampton to attend a concert in the city centre so just need somewhere to lay my head. It's a shortish walk from the Central Station and is also on a regular bus route, taking you to the hospital or to the centre of Southampton.

It's a fairly basic guest house but you get more for your money than you expect. There's no on-site parking but that didn't matter for me as I came down by train.

Big spacious room and fridge in room for milk etc

The rooms are really spacious plenty of space for a family.

The amneties were sub stanadard. The shower does not have hot water at night. There was no soap for shower as well. There was no milk or tea bags provided though there was a kettle and sugar which are useless without teabags or milk.

Clean, comfortable and close to plenty of restaurants and easy access to where I was working. Easy access and responsive host.

The host was very friendly and also very kind in welcoming us

The bed sheets were not clean to our presentation of the room and would therefore like an partial refund

It was very clean, quiet area. The host were very accommodating and helpful after a stressful and bad experience at a place beforehand that we left due to being dirty, and no communication with the previous places host.

Parking, but it’s can’t be helped.

The room was dirty. Needs a deep clean. The shower was cold and the water pressure was low. Woken up at 6am by 2 children shouting and banging doors within the building. This continued until I left at 9am. Will never stay again.
