Spacious 2BR home with Large, Private Sun Terrace by 360 Estates

The location was great. Close to big communication stop on Malta (Kullegg). The apartment was big with beautiful tarrace. Additionally the staff was very helpful in solving all our problems. Even tho it has some problems in terms of aesthetic and cleanliness, it's still a great apartment if you wanna see a lot of Malta and also catch some chill on the big terrace.

However, that being said, the apartment has some problems that can be quite easily fixed by the owners. Some of the elements of the apartment (ovens doorknobs) are quite damaged (damage that can be easily repaired). Idk if the apartment hasn't been rented for a while, or was it just poorly cleaned, but it was a bit dusty. Additionally, the towels we received at the start were a bit dirty. HOWEVER, this problem has been easily solved with the help of the owners via WhatsApp

Sure, mistakes happen, they screwed and forgot to organise place for our checkin at 15. We get in, left as pervious guests left it. Dirty unkept. Contacted landlord, said he is sorry that we should come back in 2 hours - we did and guys just arrived to START CLEANING! they said they need another 2-3 hours.... in total we got place where we can take shower unpack and finally start our holidays 5 hours later... I asked for 1 night refund - Graciously host offered to give us 20% of 1 night back (whish is not "Im sorry" - that the time we paid for and couldnt use place) - AND DIDNT PAY IT ANYWAY UNTIL TODAY Canopes in tarace didnt work, ignored for hours then said he needs to check with the team - IGNORED US AGAIN next day checked remotes, bought some batteries, apparently they were never in use. On top of useless management company - quality of cleaniness is very basic, towels 100 years old, apartment worn off and falling apart in many places. Terace is nice but looks like floor has never been cleaned, maybe 5 years ago.... AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price We were very disappointed with our stay at this apartment. The place was not clean and clearly not well maintained. For the price we paid, we expected much better conditions. The water pressure was extremely low, making showers uncomfortable, and the kitchen was barely usable – poorly equipped and not practical at all. The windows and walls were of poor quality – they offered no sound or temperature insulation. We could hear everything from outside, and the apartment got either too hot or too cold depending on the time of day, which made it very uncomfortable. The location was also a letdown. The surrounding area is loud, dirty, and not pleasant to walk around. The nearby beaches were far from the beautiful scenery we had hoped for – they were unattractive and not well-kept. There are a few shops and restaurants close by, which was one of the very few positives. But overall, we were absolutely not satisfied with our stay and would not recommend this apartment. ABSOLUTLEY NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

Good location, close to restaurants and bars and cafes. Easy walk to Sliema along the harbour. Good local bus service.

Depends on personal choice. It was a good choice for our holiday.
