1.Nhân viên dọn phòng( mình gặp ở thang máy). Bữa đó 1 trong 2 thang máy bị hư nên tất cả đều phải sd chung 1 thang máy nên rất đông. Khi gđ mình vào thì có 1 chị nói rằng: thang này giành riêng cho dọn phòng mà ai cũng chen vô. 2. Thang máy đi thẳng từ dưới lên và từ trên xuống, chỉ có 2 thang máy nên đợi lâu. Lâu nhất là bữa có 1 thang bị hư,nhà mình đợi 30p. Không phải giờ cao điểm

Great host, very responsive. Upon requesting a 2nd keycard (since there were two of us), it was in our hands within minutes. The balcony was huge, and offered an amazing view!

The bedrooms were a little tight to walk around the beds. Also, the microwave, the water kettle, and the stove all didn't work. There was also an unusual smell in the hallway, so it was a little unpleasant as we walked to / from our room.
