Beautiful 3-bed home with Greenery Views in Mgarr by 360 Estates

Le logement est super ! Tout était propre, spacieux pour 5 personnes.

Le point négatif, c'est l'emplacement. Il est à 20 minutes de Paceville en voiture, 40 minutes de Sliema... Les Uber ne se déplacent pas beaucoup vers le logement à partir de 18 heures car trop loin. Au niveau des bus, il y avait des travaux ce qui fait que très peu de bus passaient

L appartement est très agréable, très spacieux, calme, propre et bien équipé. Bien placé pour visiter l île et proche des plages. Extra !

L'emplacement géographique,est pas mal, 2 salle de bain, immeuble calme.

Rue en travaux, parking plein de gravats. Très peu de vaisselle et outils pour cuisiner. Humidité dans la salle de bain

The place was just perfect for us, in a quiet area with a nice view on the garden. The apartment was clean and fully equipped. The kitchen had a dining part, there were 2 bathrooms and 2 small balconies. The location was excellent for visiting Malta, Mgarr is a small town almost in the middle of Malta and close to the sea coast. You can even take a walk to the beach (about 40 minutes on foot), take a bus or go by car (5 minutes). The beach was really nice, sandy, with places to go snorkelling or use water sports. It is also one of the most quiet beaches as there is a turtle area watched by volunteers day and night. During our stay a number of 26 turtles hatched😊 In the town there is a great family restaurant Ta’ Celita, with very good food and a great host. There are two supermarkets nearby and a bakery. We used the bus for a couple of days to go to Valetta, Mosta, Mellieha. Later, we rented a car, so we could visit Gozo, I recommend staying in Victoria until the evening, to see Gozo by night from the top of the Citadel.

Everything was perfect. I would certainly choose this apartment again. It feels like at home, away from the crowds, still in middle of the island, easy to get anywhere you like by public transport or car.

A casa está relativamente bem equipada e é uma ótima opção para quem viaja com a família e aluga carro.

Comandos dos aparelhos de ar condicionado não tinham pilhas, só 1 de 3 funcionava. Não havia papel higiénico suficiente para uma família de 4 durante 1 semana. O pior foi quando faltou a eletricidade num dia à noite em que estávamos a cozinhar (das 22h às 17h do dia seguinte). Uma situação destas pode acontecer mas denotamos pouca preocupação na resolução da dificuldade por parte da empresa que gere o alojamento. O nosso apartamento foi o único que ficou sem energia. Se não tivéssemos ligado várias vezes para insistir na urgência da resolução, ainda hoje o apartamento estaria às escuras.
